We had a great experience with Saint. He is a top estate agent and he is legit. Not only did he help us find the house we were looking for in the area we wanted, but he didn't stop there and continued to help us with language barriers and other requests. I would highly recommend this office.

IIf you're looking for a property agent in Thailand, Golf stands out from the rest. Unlike many agents who just send you a flood of random options, Golf takes the time to truly understand your needs. He only recommends properties that make sense for you and never pressures you into making a decision. What really sets him apart is his role as an advocate for the tenant. During negotiations, both before and during the lease, he does an incredible job protecting the lessee's interests—something rare in Thailand, where agents are typically paid by the landlord. Golf is professional, trustworthy, and genuinely cares about his clients. I couldn’t recommend him more highly!
